Landscape Field Manager


Full-time position


  • Attention to detail
  • Motivated and self-driven
  • Extensive hardscape experience, including dry set and wet set
  • Strong communication skills with clients, subcontractors and crews ensuring high quality, profitable and on-schedule completion
  • Ability to handle changing and challenging situations
  • Ability to read and correctly scale from a landscape plan
  • Mechanically inclined
  • 8 years landscape construction experience with 5 years as a crew foreman
  • Pesticide license 3.0 preferred or ability to obtain one within a year
  • Driver’s license with acceptable driving history, CDL preferred
  • Bilingual a plus

  • Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience

  • Minimum 5 years of landscape construction experience preferable with hardscape installation
  • Must have a valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record. CDL desirable.
  • Proficient in the use of skid loaders and basic attachments
  • Ability to use a builder’s level
  • Crew management
  • Experience in leading and training crews
  • Ensure that crew work is being done in a safe and efficient manner
  • Maintain excellent quality and contract requirements
  • Ability to meet deadlines
