Maintenance Lead Technician

$500 SIGNING BONUS!

Full-time position

Requirements:

  • Proficient use of maintenance equipment
  • Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience
  • Valid driver’s license

Maintenance Foreman

$1,500 SIGNING BONUS!

Full-time position

Requirements:

  • Must be able to engage in all aspects of client property maintenance care, including 3-5 years experience with crew management and a vast knowledge of all areas of maintenance.
  • Must have a valid Driver’s License and insurance acceptable.
  • Proficient in all areas of technical plant care, including pruning trees and shrubs, planting, fertilizing and continued care of annual and perennial flowers and containers, weeding, edging and mulching beds and winterizing
  • Ability to safely operate large and small equipment, including skid loaders, rototillers, and blowers
  • Willingness to work as a team player
  • Ability to lift 80 pounds
  • Ability to inspect and maintain equipment
  • Knowledgeable plant identification
  • Pesticide license desired

Starting Pay:
$23-33/hour
